Stand tall with feet wider than shoulder-width and arms extended out to the sides. Hinge at the hips and reach your right hand toward your left toe.

How to perform

Hinge at the hips and reach your right hand toward your left toe.

Sweep the hand in a wide circular motion back overhead and return to the start.

Repeat on the opposite side, alternating for the prescribed reps.
