Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the RiseFit Men application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RiseFit Men mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Moorverse ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Important: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The workout plans, nutritional information, and health data presented are for informational and fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
You acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk and that Moorverse is not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from your use of the App.
The App offers free and premium features. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through:
Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

All content, features, design, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, exercise data, and software — are the property of Moorverse and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
When you create custom workout plans or provide feedback, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad personalization depends on your consent preferences, which you can manage within the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moorverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or any damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App's subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
