Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Moorverse ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the RiseFit Men mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect

1.2 Health Data
With your explicit permission, we access health data from your device through:
- Apple HealthKit (iOS): Steps, heart rate, active & total calories, distance, sleep, exercise data
- Google Health Connect (Android): Steps, heart rate, active & total calories, distance, sleep, exercise data
Important: Health data is used solely to display fitness progress within the App. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

1.4 Location Data
The App may request location access for regional content personalization. We do not continuously track your location or store precise location history.

- Track your fitness progress and display health metrics
- Provide nutritional recommendations and recipes
- Send workout reminders, motivational notifications, and progress reports
- Process subscription payments (via Apple/Google)
- Display ads (free tier, with consent)
- Analyze app usage to improve features and performance
- Provide customer support

4. Advertising & Consent
The free version of the App displays ads via Google AdMob. Before showing personalized ads, we request your consent through a transparent consent form (powered by Google's UMP SDK).
- If you consent, ads may be personalized based on your interests
- If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown
- You can change your ad preferences at any time in the App settings
Premium subscribers do not see ads.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which provides:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access control via Firebase Security Rules — each user can only access their own data
- Data centers located in regions compliant with applicable data protection laws
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- Workout and fitness data is retained until you delete your account
- Subscription data is retained for legal and financial compliance purposes
- Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 14 months (Firebase default)
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (where Google's Firebase servers operate). These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
10. Health Data Specific Provisions
We are committed to the highest standards of health data protection:
- Health data is only accessed with your explicit consent
- Health data is never sold to third parties
- Health data is never used for advertising
- Health data is not shared with third parties for marketing
- You can revoke health data access at any time via your device settings
- We comply with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect developer guidelines
11. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for:
- Workout reminders at your preferred time
- Motivational messages
- Progress reports and streak alerts
- Achievement notifications
You can customize or disable notifications in the App settings or your device settings at any time.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
