
Arm Scissors
Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, or sit upright with a straight back. Extend both arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing each other.

How to perform
- 1
Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, or sit upright with a straight back.

Extend both arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, palms facing each other.

Keeping arms straight, cross one arm over the other, bringing them past your midline.

Immediately uncross and cross the other arm over the first, maintaining shoulder height.
- 5
Continue alternating the crossing motion in a controlled, rhythmic manner.

Keep your core engaged and avoid shrugging your shoulders towards your ears.
