How to perform

Lie perpendicular or flat on a bench holding barbell with narrow grip.

Press bar over chest with arms extended.

Lower bar backward over head in an arc while keeping slight elbow bend.

Stretch until upper arms align with torso.
- 5
Pull bar back over chest using lats and chest.
- 6
Repeat under control.
