Start on all fours with hands slightly in front of your shoulders and knees below your hips. Tuck your toes, press through your palms, and lift your hips up and back to form an inverted V-shape.

How to perform

Straighten your legs as much as possible and gently press your heels toward the floor.

Hold the position, breathing steadily, then lower back to all fours and repeat.
