How to perform

Set an incline bench between two cable pulleys, adjusting the pulleys to a low position.

Lie on the incline bench, grasping a handle in each hand with palms facing each other, arms extended slightly forward.

With a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to the sides in a wide arc, feeling a stretch in your chest.

Squeeze your chest to bring the handles together above your chest, maintaining the slight elbow bend.
- 5
Control the movement as you slowly return the handles to the starting position, allowing a full stretch.
