How to perform

In one fluid motion, jump your feet out wider than shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and overhead.

Land softly on the balls of your feet with a slight bend in your knees.

Immediately reverse the motion, jumping your feet back together and lowering your arms to your sides.

Maintain a controlled rhythm and keep your core tight throughout the movement.
