How to perform

Stand tall with feet together, arms at your sides.

Step your right foot out to the side, simultaneously raising both arms out to the sides and overhead until hands meet or are close.

Return your right foot to the starting position and lower your arms back to your sides.

Repeat the movement on the left side, stepping your left foot out and raising your arms.

Continue alternating sides, maintaining a controlled and rhythmic pace.
