Lie on your back with arms extended out to the sides. Bend your knees and keep feet flat on the floor.

How to perform

Lie on your back with arms extended out to the sides.

Bend your knees and keep feet flat on the floor.

Engage your core lightly to stabilize the lower back.

Slowly rotate your knees to one side while keeping shoulders on the ground.

Allow the upper body to rotate gently without forcing range.
- 6
Pause briefly at the end of the movement.
- 7
Return to the center with control.
- 8
Repeat on the opposite side.
