How to perform

Set the cable pulley to chest or shoulder height with a single handle attachment.

Stand facing the machine and grip the handle with one hand.

Step back slightly to create tension in the cable.
- 4
Keep a soft bend in the elbow and maintain a neutral spine.
- 5
Drive the arm backward in a controlled arc past the hip.
- 6
Squeeze the rear delt at the end of the movement.
- 7
Slowly return to the starting position under control.
- 8
Complete all reps on one side before switching arms.
