How to perform

Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor.

Place hands on the floor beside your head, fingers pointing towards your feet, elbows bent and pointing upwards.

Press through your palms, extending your elbows to lift your head and upper back slightly off the floor.
- 4
Focus on squeezing your triceps at the top of the movement.
- 5
Slowly lower your head and upper back back to the starting position, controlling the movement.
- 6
Maintain a stable core throughout the exercise.
