Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight, feet together. Engage your core, simultaneously lifting your torso and straight legs off the floor, forming a 'V' shape with your body.

How to perform
- 1
Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight, feet together.

Engage your core, simultaneously lifting your torso and straight legs off the floor, forming a 'V' shape with your body.

Reach your hands towards your feet, clapping them together either under your legs or at the peak of the 'V' shape.
- 4
Slowly and with control, lower your torso and legs back to the starting position, maintaining core engagement.
