- 30g Breadcrumbs
- 1 whole Egg
- 20g Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 100ml Marinara sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, and garlic powder.

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated without overworking the meat.

Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and lightly browned on the outside.
