- 200g Beef sirloin
- 100g Broccoli
- 100g Bell peppers
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
Preparation

Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain for tenderness.

Cut broccoli into small florets and slice the bell peppers into strips.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat until hot.

Stir fry the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.

Add garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté briefly until fragrant.
