- 100g Brown rice
- 100g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Ginger
Preparation

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into even cubes.

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions until fluffy and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
