- 300g Cauliflower
- 100g Cheddar cheese
- 50g Cream cheese
- 50ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Butter

Steam the cauliflower until it becomes tender but not mushy.

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the heavy cream and cream cheese.

Stir continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
