- 100g Black beans
- 1/2 Avocado
- 50g Corn
- 50g Cherry tomatoes

Cook quinoa in boiling salted water for 12–15 minutes until fluffy, then drain and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Rinse and drain black beans to remove excess sodium and improve texture.

Prepare the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the avocado just before assembling.
