- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 30g Oats
- 80g Blueberries
- 1 tsp Coconut oil

In a blender, combine banana, eggs, oats, and whey protein powder. Blend until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.

Pour small portions of batter into the pan to form pancakes.

Cook for about 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
