- 150g chicken breast
- 100g romaine lettuce
- 30g parmesan
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
- Croutons

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper (and optional garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor).

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil it. Grill the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely browned. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

Add 2 tbsp Caesar dressing and toss well to evenly coat the lettuce.

Add shaved or grated parmesan and toss lightly again.

Slice the grilled chicken into strips and place it on top of the salad.
