Ingredients
- 150g chicken breast
- 100g brown rice
- 50g broccoli
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion
Preparation

Rinse the brown rice under cold water, then cook it according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside and keep warm.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil, then cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Add 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let it cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Steam or boil the broccoli for 3–5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp, then drain.
