- 120g ground turkey
- 100g crushed tomatoes
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 clove garlic

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground turkey. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.

Add the diced carrot and minced garlic to the pan and cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly softened and fragrant.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir well to combine all ingredients.

Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
