Ingredients
- 100g halloumi
- 100g cucumber
- 80g tomatoes
- 50g olives
- 50g red onion
- Olive oil and oregano

Slice the halloumi into even pieces.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grill the halloumi for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and lightly crisp. Set aside.
