Ingredients
- 4 falafels
- 100g cooked couscous
- 50g cucumber, diced
- 50g tomatoes
- 30g pickled onion
- 2 tbsp tahini
Preparation

Bake or fry falafels until crispy and golden on the outside.

Prepare cooked couscous and fluff it with a fork to separate the grains.

Dice cucumber and tomatoes and place them in a serving bowl with pickled onion.
