- 180g shrimp
- 2 zucchini (spiralized)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Red pepper flakes

Peel and devein the shrimp if needed, then pat them dry.

Mince the garlic and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
