- 200g firm tofu
- 50g cashews
- 100g broccoli
- 50g bell pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger

Press the tofu using a clean towel to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

Heat a pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil.

Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides.

Remove the tofu and set aside.

In the same pan, add broccoli and bell pepper and sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

Add the cashews and toast them lightly for about 1 minute.

Return the tofu to the pan.
