- 180g pork tenderloin
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork on all sides until golden.

Transfer the pork to a baking dish and roast at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
