- 180g chicken breast
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
- 200g broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 200C.

Zest the lemon and mince the garlic.

Mix lemon zest, garlic, chopped rosemary and thyme, and olive oil to create a marinade.

Rub the marinade thoroughly over the chicken breast and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken on a baking tray alongside broccoli florets tossed with a bit of olive oil.
