- 150g beef strips
- 100g jasmine rice
- 1 red chili
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Large handful Thai basil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation

Rinse jasmine rice and cook it according to package instructions until fluffy.

Thinly slice the red chili and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned.

Add garlic and chili to the pan, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in oyster sauce and soy sauce, tossing the beef to coat evenly.
