Ingredients
- 200g chickpeas
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 200g canned tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100g couscous
- Fresh cilantro

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
