- 4 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- Flaky sea salt
- Crushed almonds

Using a small knife, carefully slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Gently open each date and remove the pit if not already removed.

Fill the center of each date with about 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter.

Place the stuffed dates on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave (in 15–20 second intervals, stirring in between) or a double boiler until smooth.

Using a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the stuffed dates.
