- 2 large zucchini
- 4 tbsp marinara sauce
- 60g shredded mozzarella
- 20g mini pepperoni or olives
- Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into even rounds about 1 cm thick.

Pat the zucchini slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.

Lightly brush each zucchini round with olive oil on both sides.
