- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 50g cucumber, julienned
- 50g carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Wasabi (optional)

Lay one nori sheet flat on a clean surface or bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down if applicable.

Arrange a small amount of avocado slices, cucumber, and carrot in a line along one edge of the nori, leaving about 2–3 cm of space at the top for sealing.

Tightly roll the nori away from you, pressing gently as you go to keep the filling compact.

Moisten the edge of the nori with a little water to help seal the roll.
